Shipping

U.S. Shipping

Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days of the order being placed. USPS shipping will be used for delivery. Orders that have backordered items will wait to ship once the order is complete. Standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks to be delivered.

 

U.S. Tracking

To optimize shiping times, Incredibeard™ uses a varitey of shipping services, including a hybrid of USPS and UPS. While the tracking number may link directly to USPS, you may notice that no tracking will be found. If this occurs, we encourage you to use the tracking number at the following site to track your shipment: https://www.ups-mi.net/packageID/default.aspx

 

International Shipping

Incredibeard™ does ship internationally. Shipments usually arrive within 1-4 weeks depending on location. You may pay with international credit cards or via PayPal. Custom's duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer. It is also the responsibility of the consumer to clear orders at customs in case of customs holding. Once your order is completed, tracking cannot be tracked beyond the USA. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

You may return or exchange new items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund/exchange. If the return/exchange is because of an error on our end (i.e. you received an incorrect item) we will pay for the return shipping and no stocking fee will be charged. If the return/exchange is not a result of our error, you must pay for the return shipping and a $5 restocking fee will be charged per item returned.

In the extremely rare case your package is lost in transit, we can issue a full refund. However, the waiting period for refunds due to lost shipments is 30 days from order date for domestic shipments and 45 days for International shipments. This is because shippers technically have this amount of time to finalize shipments before shipments are officially considered lost.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
